Teatro en inglés - English? No, please!!!

Secondary and primary students had the opportunity to enjoy a play in English. The company Englishtotem came to the school on Monday 13 January and performed two session, one for 5,6 Primary together with 1ESO and a second session for 2,3 and 4 ESO.

Previously, the students had worked in the English classes reading about the play and the characters and listening to the songs.

Some of the students came to the stage and acted, danced and practised their English!

  1. I enjoyed a lot the play in the theatre, it was 2 hours long but it really felt like it was 10 minutes, because it was very entertaining. My favourite part was obviusly the musicals and the parts were the characters sung, the whole set and the funny costumes were really funny and enjoyable. Also, even if they spoke english it was very easy to understand them.

  3. I thought I was going to find the play boring but it was fun, although it would have been better if it had more people to play the different characters and not just two.

In my opinion, I liked the theatre play because it was very funny. But, I didn´t like the song of the Big Ben. The theatre play was very cooperative. The best part of the show was the dancing part.

  15. I found this play very funny and beautiful: the character Pete, also called Pedro, was very funny, I identified with the character. I don't like English very much, but I enjoyed the play since the English they spoke was not difficult at all. The play was interactive since several people participated, including me. The only thing is that it cost two euros, which was worth it, but if it had been free it would have been a 10.
    Score: 9.5/10

  16. The play isn't bad, but the title has nothing to do with what they did. Pedro/Peet is supposed to have bad English but he literally has a C2

  25. Raysa 4A: I personally didn't hope that the play would be funny or entertaining but it impressed me. For being a low cost play the protagonist knew how to make it funny and enterteining for the students. I laughed so much when my friend danced at the stage! And the songs were so funny. Bibibabiribup!
